This style works best  if hair is straight and fine like Hilary's. With a few adjustments this style works well for oval, rectangle face shapes and small facial features.

Start with a long face framing layers and contoured crown. Bangs are cut to jaw length. The sides are a little shorter the the back to lift and fame the face.

To Get This Look: If hair is straight and fine like Hilary's use a Gel Mousse or Quick Style Spray Gel, section and   blow dry for fullness. When dry turn ends with a styling iron for dressy effect.
